The Beach, My Favorite Place
My Favorite Place to be is by far the beach. I love the sounds the waves make when they crash up on the beach shore and how the sand feels when I dig my toes into the ground. Growing up I have always loved being around water and some of my best childhood memories have been spent playing on a beach. Some of my favorite beaches I have visited throughout the years were located in Destin, Florida, Miami South Beach, and Hawaii.

And of course there are some beautiful beaches in India and also in Sri Lanka (much of the epic Ramayana takes place in Sri Lanka)... maybe you could do a beach-tourism-inspired project for class this semester! :-)

Hi Sydney! What a coincidence, I wrote about the beach for my favorite place too! I also thought about putting a picture of Destin Florida because I went there this past summer with my family and they have such beautiful white sand. Which beach is your favorite out of the ones that you listed? Also, do you still go to the beach often?
